Dear Colleagues,
As you have been informed, after receiving 57 abstracts from Iranian
colleagues and researchers (according to conference deadline), it was
decided to send all of them to Egypt and work on increasing the
accepted final paper numbers from IGS. Therefore, abstracts have been
reviewed and decided by Organizing Committee in Egypt.
1- After some delay due to late action of Organizing Committee in
informing us about the accepted abstracts and also our negotiations
after that for increasing the number of accepted papers from our
society (IGS), they finally agreed to accept 27 abstracts and 10
reserved abstracts from Iran;
2- List of accepted and reserved papers is attached. The final decision
will be based on the quality of main paper. Also, if some of main
abstracts are rejected or not received on time, they will be
substituted by reserved ones. Therefore, it is requested from authors
of all 37 abstracts to prepare and send us their full papers according
to instructions and following time table;
3- I have attached the instructions for preparation of manuscripts for
the 17th ICSMGE 2009, Alexandria, Egypt. You can also download these
instructions from: <http://www.millpress.com/> and click on
"instructions" on home page, then click on ICSMGE2009, Alexandria,
Egypt after instruction page comes up. Lack of compliance with
instructions is grounds for rejecting a paper.
4- All manuscripts must be in our hands (fardin@sharif.edu) no later
than 87/10/1.
5- Instructions for revisions will be sent to authors by 87/11/30.
6- Papers with required revisions must be in our hands
(fardin@sharif.edu) no later than 87/12/15. All Iranian papers will be
delivered to Organizing Committee by 87/12/27.
