I would like to take advantage of this opportunity and say HAPPY NOROOZ
and HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you. I wish a blossoming spring and a year

with joy, health, success, and prosperity for you all. I also wish a year
full of success and excitement for all of us, IGS members, in our
profession, academy, and the
society, in the very challenging field of
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING.
