www.2009icsmge-egypt.org.  By using this registration process, those who
wish to attend the 17th ICSMGE may pay their fees by credit card (Visa or
Mastercard).  Alternatively, you may download the conference registration
form, return the completed form to us by fax, and pay your registration
fees by bank wire transfer.

Conference Bulletin 3 is also now available on the website.
