پیرو اطلاع رسانی های قبلی؛ کلیه مدارک و اطلاعات پاسپورت علاقه مندان جهت
اخذ ویزای مصر با پست الکترونیکی و زمینی سریع به مصر ارسال شده است. لکن
بر اساس درخواستی که از مصر دریافت شده است (و در ادامه ملاحظه می
فرمایید)لازم است تا تمام علاقه مندان از طریق وب سایت کنفرانس به آدرس
زیر حتما ثبت نام نمایند. در غیر اینصورت دریافت ویزا ممکن نخواهد بود. بر
اساس مذاکرات انجام شده پرداخت هزینه ثبت نام منوط و مشروط به دریافت
ویزای مصر بوده و در این مرحله پرداخت آن مورد نیاز نمی باشد.ه

Dear Prof. Fardin Jafarzadeh,


Thank you very much for the information that you sent. In order to avoid any
delay in the process of receiving the package through DHL, I ask that you
also please upload the visa documents to an FTP site from which we can
download the information. In fact, you may use the same FTP site that you
used to upload the papers of the society.

It is also important for the Iranian participants to start the registration
process as soon as possible. Please have the participants fill in a
conference registration form (available on the conference website
(www.2009icsmge-egypt.org) and fax, e-mail or put the completed forms on the
FTP site. Participants should not send their fees until their visas are
obtained.  Our having the registration forms us will tremendously reinforce
and accelerate our steps toward getting the visas – and also enables the
participants to receive the early bird registration fees.

Additionally:  The demand for hotel rooms in Alexandria has grown
tremendously due to several events occurring at the same time as the 17th
ICSMGE, and room availability is limited.  We recommended that the Iranian
participants stay in the same hotel, and have reserved a block of rooms for
you in Sheraton Montazah.  It is a very nice hotel on the cornice road, and
most of the rooms have a beautiful sea view.  Please ask the Iranian
delegates to check the Sheraton Montazah on the registration form.

We would highly appreciate it if you would put the scanned visa documents on
the FTP site as soon as possible, followed by the registration forms (if you
choose not to fax or email them).  Please let me know when the documents are
uploaded.
